CXO MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

CXO exists to help those of local influence expand their personal network of influential contacts, and facilitate a regular practice of collaboration with those peers. Vendor sponsorship of CXO events is forbidden. CXO members are not to abuse the network for overt sales contacts. CXO Management should be notified of any "unwelcome solicitations" at events or through the membership network at any time. CXO Management reserves the right to warn, or revoke the membership of, individuals who violate this policy.

CXO enforces the right to limit membership and participation to people who meet specific requirements of capability, experience or influence. This right helps to ensure that members can collaborate with peers when they attend events.

CXO is not intended to support the needs of job seekers. Members who find themselves in transition will be provided a 90-day grace period, after which their membership will transfer to our networking group for executives in transition (www.CXOjobsearch.org) - a peer group specifically designed to address the unique needs of the executive job seeker.

CXO is a membership organization.  The membership dues allow us to operate without solicitation of funds and support from vendors. For those who qualify, annual membership is valid for one full year from the date of payment. Dues may vary based on several criteria, but currently do not exceed $500/yr. Membership can be revoked by a majority vote of the executive committee for any reason. All information provided by members is confidential and not available to third parties for sale, or to solicitors or marketing agencies. Members agree to keep current their contact information held in their online Profile.

In an effort to reduce the number of emails sent to you from CXO, CXO will make every effort to limit email communications to CXO related activities and not forward on other announcements or event materials to the general membership that are not related to CXO.

As demand dictates, CXO may offer multiple events during any given month.  The objective of multiple events is to provide as many members as possible an option to participate each month.  With this in mind, we discourage members from registering for multiple events in a given month.  It is recommended that members choose to participate in the event that is most convenient or of greatest interest during the month.  This practice will permit the greatest number of unique participants to engage in the benefits of membership (and ensure that you meet a diverse group of participants at each gathering).  Should you register for more than one event in a month, you will be provided the option to receive a full refund for the event of your choosing.

Membership Cancellation

Your membership will be automatically renewed at the locked-in price set at the time you joined. This renewal is cancellable at any time and the current membership will continue through the remainder of the term.  CLICK HERE TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

Should your membership lapse without renewal for any reason, you may rejoin at any time at the most current membership rate.
